Returns and Exchange Policy:

All sales at https://genrage.com/ are final. No returns are available on any of our products. In the highly unlikely event that your item should have a manufacturing defect please reach out to us at hello@genrage.com for us to replace the product.

If you wish to exchange your product you’d have to ship it to us within 7 days of receiving your order and bear the shipping charges for the same. Please fill the form up to apply for exchanges : bit.ly/exchanges-genrage - Upon receiving the product, we will promptly process the exchange and arrange for reshipment of the product to your specified address. 

Any items that you ship back to us without our prior written approval from us will not be considered for either exchange or refund, and we can not be held liable for any loss or damage to the item in transit, or for its safekeeping after delivery.

In the event that you should encounter a manufacturing defect, you must ensure that you reach out to us within 72 hours of receiving your order and we will exchange it for you. Please note that after this period lapses, we will not be able to entertain any claims and/or requests.

Shipping Policy:

At GENRAGE, we strive to provide a seamless experience, no matter where you live. 

All orders would be processed within 3 - 6 working days. Please note that orders are not shipped on weekends and holidays.

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there is a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or call.

Order and Delivery:

After placing your order, you will receive a confirmation email from us.

For COD orders, you will receive a text/call from our team for confirmation of the order. Once you confirm the order, your order would be processed. 

To ensure successful delivery, please provide a complete and accurate address. If an incorrect or incomplete address or phone number is provided, we cannot be held responsible for loss of shipment due to incorrect details provided by you.

We can not be held liable for any delay and/or extension in delivery time caused by the courier company. We will always attempt to fast track the delivery in case of delays, however, we cannot be held liable for delays once the items have been dispatched from our facility.

However, the safety and security of any of your information shared with any such third-party merchants solely lie in the hands of the respective merchants and under no circumstances we shall be accountable for any delay or failure in their processing.

Additionally, we also reserve the right to share your information with any Government Agency or authorized law enforcement agencies (LEAs) mandated under the law for the sole purpose of verification, investigation, or detection in case of, but not limited to any cyber incidents, punishments, or prosecution.
