All sales at https://genrage.com/ are final, No returns/refunds are available on any of our products.
Our exchange policy is valid for 72 hours from the date of delivery. If you wish to exchange your product, please use our exchange portal https://genrage.com/apps/ecoreturns
Once the product is picked up from your end, we will promptly process the exchange and arrange for reshipment of the product to your specified address.
Exchanges are limited to one per order, and multiple exchanges cannot be accommodated.
Please note that products purchased during sale are not eligible for exchange or return. However, if you still wish to exchange the product, sale discounts will not be applicable.
In the event that you encounter a manufacturing defect or you have received a wrong product, you must ensure that you reach out to us at support@genrage.com within 72 hours of receiving your order and we will exchange it for you. After this period lapses, we will not be able to entertain any claims and/or requests.
All exchanges are subject to a ₹99 pickup freight fee, which will be charged during the exchange process
Shipping Policy:
At GENRAGE, we strive to provide a seamless experience, no matter where you live.
All orders would be processed within 3 - 6 working days. Please note that orders are not shipped on weekends and holidays.
If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there is a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or call.
Order and Delivery:
After placing your order, you will receive a confirmation email from us.
To ensure successful delivery, please provide a complete and accurate address. We cannot be held responsible for lost or undelivered shipments due to incorrect/ incomplete address or phone number.
We are not responsible for any delays or extended delivery times caused by the courier company. We will always attempt to fast track the delivery in case of delays, however, we cannot be held liable for delays once the order has been dispatched from our facility.
